Terms and conditions
Completion of the reservation implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of purchase of services as listed below.
Value - Remuneration
The listed total value includes all taxes. The services are secured by the payment of the total value 20 days before the day of their provision/implementation. The customer receives automatically a receipt from City Apps upon payment of the amount. City Apps will send you a final invoice in a couple of days. Fill in your Tax Identification Number in the Special Requirements field.
Non-payment of all the value of the services 20 days before the day of the provision/implementation implies the cancellation of the reservation.
Τhe customer may also be charged for the following costs: Accommodation, tickets (eg museums, archeological sites), ferry or plane tickets and meals, for escorts.
Payment in advance
A deposit equal to 50% of the total value is required for services that will be offered six or more months after the initial booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer (travel agency, tourism professional, etc).
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the customer (travel agency, tourism professional, etc) the customer is charged with the following costs:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the date of implementation: all payment in advance is withheld.
-Cancellation is made 13 to 7 days before departure, 75% of the total value is withheld.
- Cancellation is made 6 days before departure or non-show, 100% of the total value is withheld.
